Bruce’s engaging personality makes everyone feel like family (though he is a very demanding “father”). With over 20 years of experience Bruce is committed to continued leadership in the industry through project quality, innovation and client satisfaction.

Bruce is a respected member of several Olds College committees - Ornamental Horticultural Industry Advisory Committee & Provincial Apprenticeship Committee.

Niki is the voice of OnGrowing Works and is the first person that you will talk to. As a multiple award winning designer, Niki is skilled at turning the client's wishes into a dynamic and unique dreamscape. Our clients have appreciated Niki’s comprehensive plant knowledge which adds four seasons of color and interest to any landscape.

Bill, or ‘Mac’ as we like to call him, is responsible for keeping the rest of us on track. While focused on scheduling and preparing the field staff for upcoming projects, Mac is often lured out of the office to contribute his wood craftsmanship to landscape projects.

Nadia McLean

Ornamental Horticulture Diploma & Landscape Management Major

Nadia is a recent recruit from Olds College with a diploma in Horticulture and Landscape Management. Nadia is keen to spend more time in the field to enhance her perspective as a designer. Ongrowing Works is fortunate to have Nadia’s combination of strong work ethic and creative intelligence as part of our team.

James Papineau

Landscape Gardener Apprentice

James is a lead hand who brings a wide variety of experience, perspective and energy to our projects. Skilled as a heavy equipment operator, James is a key member of our friendly, productive and attentive field team.

Meg Zamponi

Meg is our task-oriented head of the accounts department. We greatly appreciate Meg’s ability to account for the company’s income to ensure our desired outcome…as long as she has a Chai Latte on her desk.

Jordan Hoch

Currently enrolled in his first year of the LGAP Program at Olds College, Jordan desires to increase his knowledge, understanding and passion for landscaping. His ability to keep the work environment light hearted while maintaining a strong work ethic and striving to be the best is what makes Jordan a key member of OnGrowing Works.
